Dedicated CDL-A Company Driver - Dry Van

About the Role

This position offers a dedicated driving opportunity with consistent home time on a weekly basis. Drivers will operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, ensuring a reliable and comfortable ride. The role involves 100% touch freight, providing drivers with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through unload, stop, and backhaul pay.

Compensation & Benefits

Drivers in this role can expect an average weekly earnings of $1,450, complemented by a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The compensation package includes trip pay calculated at $0.63 per mile based on dispatched miles, route specifics, and experience level.

Hiring Process & Qualifications

To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable on-road accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years. Drivers currently in the SAP program are not eligible for hire.
