This position offers a dedicated truck driving opportunity focused on consistent home weekly schedules. Drivers will operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, ensuring a reliable and comfortable ride. The role involves 100% touch freight, providing drivers with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through unload, stop, and backhaul pay.
Drivers in this role average $1,450 per week and are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription coverage for employees and dependents, along with basic and supplemental life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, and short-term and long-term disability insurance. Additional perks include a 401(k) match, a stock purchase plan, an employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, and pet insurance. Paid vacation is available after one year of service, and drivers receive paid orientation upon completion and hiring.
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions in the past five years (or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Candidates must also meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no more than two moving violations in the same period. Drivers with a history of DUI/DWI are ineligible if the offense occurred within the past five years (or ten years if while holding a CDL). SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
