About the Role
We are hiring casual CDL A drivers in El Paso, TX for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value predictability and autonomy. You will enjoy a schedule that allows you to be home every three days, leaving on the same day every week. The position features dedicated regional runs with consistent freight and no forced dispatch—ever.
Our equipment is a priority; we operate a well-maintained fleet of brand-new trucks, with new units arriving in May 2026. The work environment is supported by an operations team committed to your success, featuring a high volume of drop-and-hook freight (65%+). The onboarding process is streamlined with an easy, one-day paid orientation.
