Dedicated CDL-A Company Driver - Dry Van

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a dedicated route with a commitment to home weekly. This position offers a stable schedule where you will handle 100% touch freight, ensuring a consistent flow of work. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,900+ per week, with top earners averaging $2,200. The role includes additional compensation opportunities through unload, stop, and backhaul pay.

Equipment and Support

You will operate newer equipment, with our fleet averaging just 18 months old. We provide convenient home-base terminals to minimize deadhead time and ensure you are close to home. Our team is supported by 24/7 driver support to assist with any issues on the road.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation upon completion and hiring. All applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.

Bonus and Compensation

New hires may be eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, subject to specific qualifications. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 per mile depending on the route and experience level.
