Compensation & Perks
Drivers can expect an average weekly earnings of $1,450, supplemented by a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The compensation structure includes trip pay calculated at $0.63 per mile based on dispatched miles, route specifics, and experience level. Additional pay opportunities are available for unload, stop, and backhaul duties.
Hiring Process
Candidates must complete a paid orientation session, which is compensated upon completion and hiring. The application process requires verification of a valid Class A CDL, a minimum of three months of driving experience, and meeting specific age requirements (21 years or older). Successful candidates must pass a DOT physical and drug test, adhering to strict safety standards regarding accident history, moving violations, and DUI/DWI records.

- verifiedNo DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedPass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
