Compensation & Earnings
Drivers in this dedicated position average $1,450 per week. Compensation includes trip pay calculated at $0.63 per mile based on dispatched miles, route specifics, and experience level. Additional earnings opportunities are available through unload, stop, and backhaul pay. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available upon meeting specific qualifications.
Hiring Process
Candidates must complete a paid orientation program, which is compensated upon completion and hiring. The application process requires verification of a valid Class A CDL, at least 3 months of experience, and meeting all DOT physical and drug testing standards. Specific driving record criteria apply regarding preventable accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI history. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
