About the Role
Join our dedicated truck driving team to deliver freight with consistency and reliability. This position offers a home-weekly schedule, allowing you to maintain a stable routine while earning competitive pay. Drivers operate 100% touch freight, ensuring a streamlined experience with dedicated support for unloads, stops, and backhauls.
Compensation & Equipment
Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900, with top earners averaging $2,200. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. Compensation includes trip pay calculated based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 per cpm depending on the route and experience level. The fleet features newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, to ensure safety and reliability on the road.

To apply, candidates must meet all regulatory requirements, including holding a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and possessing at least three months of verifiable experience.
Safety & Compliance
We maintain high safety standards. Eligible drivers must have no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years and no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years. Moving violations are limited to two in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Candidates must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions in the past five years (or 10 years with a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years with a CDL-A or CLP. Drivers currently in the SAP program are not eligible for hire.
