About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers for a high-paying, home-weekly position on our dedicated account in Warrensburg, MO. This role is designed for individuals who want to stay active while driving, offering a consistent schedule with an average of two loads per week and approximately 1,750 miles.
The Role
Drivers will operate on a dedicated lane delivering dry freight to customer locations across Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. A key aspect of this position involves hand-unloading trailers using rollers at customer sites. Drivers will work closely with an account manager to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation structure including CPM, load pay, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Drivers receive weekly pay and a 34-hour reset to ensure regular home time.
