About the Role
As an OTR Company Driver, you will operate a modern fleet of 2019–2023 Cascadias equipped with DD15/DT-12 powertrains, 72-inch double bunk sleepers, APUs, and advanced navigation tools like EZ Pass and PrePass. This role is designed for drivers who prefer a predictable lifestyle without the stress of pay-per-mile fluctuations. You will haul refrigerated freight across the eastern United States, with the company handling all drop-and-hook operations (50% or more) and ensuring you never have to unload cargo.
The position offers a unique work-life balance with flexible home time based on your tenure on the road: 3 weeks out yields 4.5–5 days home, 4 weeks out yields 6–7 days, and 5 weeks out yields 8–9 days. The fleet operates in a specific geographic footprint (majority of miles east of I-25, no NYC, no winter chaining), allowing you to focus on driving rather than navigating complex urban environments or harsh weather conditions.
