About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers for a high-paying, home-weekly position on our dedicated account in Warrensburg, MO. This role is designed for individuals who want to stay active while driving, offering a unique blend of consistent mileage and regular home time.
The Role
As a driver on this dedicated lane, you will transport all dry freight to customer locations across a broad region including Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. The route averages 1,750 miles per week with approximately two loads. A key aspect of this position involves hand-unloading trailers using rollers at customer sites, ensuring a hands-on driving experience.
Schedule & Equipment
Drivers operate on a schedule that guarantees a weekly 34-hour reset, allowing for consistent home time. While the specific parking arrangements are determined collaboratively with the account manager to ensure safety and security, the focus remains on a reliable, dedicated route.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation structure including CPM, load pay, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Drivers receive weekly pay and are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, and life insurance, HSA options, AD&D, paid time off, and 401(k) participation. Additional incentives include bonus programs and an unlimited cash referral program.
