Dedicated Company Truck Driver Opportunities
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our dedicated fleet. This role offers the stability of a company truck with the opportunity to earn up to $70,000 or more annually, depending on the route and location. Dedicated drivers benefit from great home time and potential bonuses, with specific route details available upon inquiry.
Qualifications and Hiring Standards
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable driving experience. All applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and a drug test.
Our safety standards are strict. We require no more than one preventable accident involving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, candidates must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years. We do not hire drivers with a DUI/DWI within the past five years (or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), nor do we accept applicants with drug-related convictions in the last five years (or ten years if holding a CDL). Drivers with a history of positive or refused drug tests in the last ten years while holding a CDL-A or CLP are ineligible. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
Upon completion of paid orientation and successful hiring, drivers may be eligible for sign-on bonuses, which vary by location. Please contact a recruiter for specific details regarding available routes and bonus availability in your area.
