About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Warrensburg, MO. This role offers an excellent opportunity for drivers who want to stay active while enjoying the stability of a dedicated lane. The position features high-paying compensation with a focus on safety and reliability.
The Role
Drivers will operate on a dedicated lane handling all dry freight. The route covers deliveries to customer locations across Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. On average, drivers complete two loads per week, covering approximately 1,750 miles. A key aspect of this role involves hand-unloading trailers using rollers at customer locations.
Schedule & Home Time
This position is designed for drivers who value regular time at home. The schedule includes a weekly 34-hour reset, ensuring drivers return home every week.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers are compensated through a combination of CPM, load pay, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. The role includes weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, and life insurance, along with an HSA, AD&D, and 401(k) participation. Additional perks include paid time off, bonus incentives, and an unlimited cash referral program.
Equipment & Logistics
Drivers will work directly with an account manager to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks at various points along the route.
