About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Warrensburg, MO. This role offers an excellent opportunity for drivers who want to stay active while enjoying the stability of a dedicated lane. The position features high-paying compensation with a focus on safety and reliability.
The Role
Drivers will operate on a dedicated lane handling all dry freight. The route covers a wide region, including Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. Drivers typically average two loads per week, covering approximately 1,750 miles.
A key aspect of this position is the physical nature of the work; drivers will hand unload trailers using rollers at customer locations. The schedule is designed for work-life balance, offering a weekly 34-hour reset to ensure drivers are home regularly.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive pay structure including CPM, load pay, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Drivers receive weekly pay and have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, dental, life insurance, AD&D, an HSA, and 401(k) participation. Additional perks include paid time off, bonus incentives, and an unlimited cash referral program.
Equipment & Logistics
Drivers will work directly with the account manager to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks at various stops along the route.
