Based at our Irving Campus, this role provides academic leadership and strategic oversight for both our Daytime and Evening & Weekend nursing programs. As the academic leader, you will shape the vision, ensure excellence in delivery, and provide continuity across programs—driving student success while fostering a culture of care, accountability, and innovation.
You will oversee the management, quality, and performance of the nursing academic portfolio, building and empowering a high-performing faculty and academic support team. This role ensures curricula remain current, rigorously delivered, and aligned with institutional objectives, accreditation standards, and workforce needs—while leveraging data-informed strategies to elevate student outcomes. Your day-to-day will involve embedding Chamberlain Care® principles into academic operations, serving as a trusted liaison to internal stakeholders and community partners, and leading program growth with agility.
