As a Croupier in our Golf, Fitness, & Entertainment division, you will conduct table games according to the rules of the games, Casino Operations policies, local regulations, and gaming department regulations. You will monitor the appropriateness of wagering and bets, track the amount of chips sold, and manage change nominations for each player. Maintaining the pace of the game is essential, involving the skilled handling of cards, dice, chips, money, and other gaming equipment.
You will consistently inform players of the rules and what is occurring as the game progresses, while also providing information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities. Beyond the table, you will monitor the cleanliness and condition of the area according to designated standards. You will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking guests with genuine appreciation. You will speak with others using clear and professional language, developing positive working relationships to support the team in reaching common goals.
