About the Role

Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country's food supply chain. As a Driver, Hourly CDL-A, you are not just responsible for ensuring products arrive at their destination on time and in good condition; you are the face of the company, building lasting relationships with customers.

You will operate tractor-trailers or straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes, including local, over-the-road, shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop assignments. Your day involves delivering and unloading food and food-related products in strict accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Beyond driving, you will interact professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers, ensuring questions are answered accurately and that all paperwork is completed legibly and on time.

Hiring Process

Candidates with one year or more of CDL-A driving experience may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The schedule typically runs Monday through Friday with a four-day work week, with dispatch times occurring between 2:00 AM and 8:00 AM. The process includes a road test, a post-offer drug test, and a criminal background check.
