About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Custodian/CSR to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. You will work closely with co-workers and customers, utilizing strong communication skills to understand and follow explicit instructions. The position requires good judgment in decision-making and the ability to explain work methods or assist in training others.
Your day-to-day activities will involve a variety of custodial tasks, including floor care, surface cleaning, waste removal, and light maintenance. You will ensure that lobbies, conference rooms, restrooms, and common spaces are kept in pristine condition. Additionally, you may be asked to assist with restocking supplies, cleaning elevators, and spot-cleaning furniture between events. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, presents a professional appearance, and adheres strictly to safety rules and protocols.
