About the Role

Our team has an immediate need for an experienced Data Hunter/Librarian to join us at a customer site in McLean, VA. In this role, you will support the collection and management of structured data sets available to the customer. Your day-to-day will involve data discovery, cleaning, ingestion, handling updates, and cataloging using current metadata standards. You will serve as a Data Transfer Officer, moving data from the open internet to customer systems, and build partnerships across the customer's organization to determine which datasets should be collected, stored, and made available. Additionally, you will monitor storage allocations and evaluate the effectiveness of AI queries against data holdings to ensure accuracy and validity.

Eligibility & Security Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must be a U.S. Citizen. This role requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with a required polygraph. Employment for cleared roles is contingent upon verification of clearance status. Certain roles may be subject to U.S. export control laws (ITAR), requiring U.S. person status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). Applicants who do not currently hold the required clearance will not be eligible for consideration.
