About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support a government customer in Washington, DC. This position aligns with the Engineer 2 professional level, designed for a technically strong contributor who operates with limited direction in a production environment. You will serve as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, supporting enterprise data modernization, reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives across multiple business lines.

In this role, you will analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, anomalies, and structural risks, translating ambiguous business needs into structured data logic. You will work closely with ETL developers, Power BI and Power Apps developers, technical project managers, and government stakeholders to refine requirements, validate data integrity, and ensure business rules are correctly implemented. Your contributions will directly support more predictable, higher-quality delivery outcomes and improved planning visibility.

Experience contributing to ROM development, effort estimation inputs, and documentation of risks, dependencies, and alternatives. Experience working in environments emphasizing process maturity, repeatability, documentation, and disciplined work tracking. Current Public Trust or ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance quickly.
