About the Role
Within Technology Risk, the Strategic Execution and Portfolio Management team leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives supporting the firm's information security and cybersecurity programs. This team is responsible for driving change management, process improvement, and managing audit commitments across Engineering, while also building and scaling business operations to support a rapidly growing workforce.
As a Cybersecurity Program Manager in Dallas, TX, you will partner closely with Technology Risk senior leadership to solve complex organizational and business challenges. Your mission is to align Technology Risk with its rapidly changing internal and external environment. You will utilize your strategic, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to define holistic roadmaps for technology, reporting, and process enhancements. This role rewards those with a passion for advancing strategy, accelerating technology transformation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
