About the Role
We are seeking multiple Cybersecurity Engineer II professionals to support the Navy in designing, implementing, and securing enterprise IT and network systems. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments. You will focus on cybersecurity engineering, system hardening, and the integration of secure architectures. Working alongside engineering and operations teams, you will ensure robust system security through the implementation of secure configurations, the application of STIGs and patches, and the management of vulnerability assessments. This position is contingent on a contract award and offers a competitive salary range of $95k-$160k, depending on experience.

Saalex Corporation is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, IT security, or related field; Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); Required certifications aligned to DoD 8140 (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISSP); US Citizenship required for security clearance; and Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance.
