As a Customer Service Representative on our billing team, you will be the voice of Spectrum, answering inbound phone calls related to billing inquiries. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside a supportive team, navigating multiple computer programs while speaking with customers from across the country.
This role is designed for those who are good listeners, multi-tasking problem-solvers, and enthusiastic communicators. You will empathize with customers while accurately addressing their billing needs, establishing and growing professional, positive relationships.
