As a Customer Service Representative on our billing team, you will be the voice of Spectrum for customers with billing inquiries. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside a supportive team, navigating multiple computer programs while speaking with customers over the phone. This role is designed for those who are good listeners, multi-tasking problem-solvers, and enthusiastic communicators.
In this position, you will talk to many different types of people from across the country, empathizing with customers while accurately addressing their billing needs. You will establish and grow professional, positive relationships with our clients and collaborate with management on customer issue escalations. Success in this role requires being understanding, resilient, and professional, treating others with kindness and respect.
