As a Customer Service Representative on our billing team, you will be the voice of Spectrum for customers across the country. You will answer inbound phone calls related to billing inquiries, empathizing with customers while accurately addressing their needs and meeting our high service standards. This role is designed for enthusiastic communicators who are good listeners and multi-tasking problem-solvers.
On any given day, you will work in a fast-paced environment alongside a great team of helpful co-workers. You will navigate multiple computer programs while speaking with customers over the phone, establishing and growing professional, positive relationships. Success in this role requires being understanding, resilient, and treating others with kindness and respect. You will also collaborate with management on customer issue escalations, representing a Fortune 100 company with professionalism and courtesy.
