As a Customer Service Representative on our billing team, you will be the voice of Spectrum for customers with billing inquiries. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside a great team of helpful co-workers, answering inbound phone calls and empathizing with customers while accurately addressing their needs.
On any given day, you will navigate multiple computer programs and speak with customers over the phone. Success in this role requires being understanding, resilient, and professional, treating others with kindness and respect. You will establish and grow professional, positive relationships with Spectrum customers while collaborating with management on customer issue escalations.
