As a Customer Service Representative on our billing team, you will be the voice of Spectrum for customers across the country. You will answer inbound phone calls related to billing inquiries, empathizing with customers while accurately addressing their needs and meeting our high service standards. This role is designed for enthusiastic communicators who are multi-tasking problem-solvers and good listeners.
You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside a great team of helpful co-workers. On any given day, you will navigate multiple computer programs and speak with customers over the phone. Success in this role requires being understanding, resilient, and professional, treating others with kindness and respect. You will also collaborate with management on customer issue escalations, representing a Fortune 100 company with professionalism and courtesy.
