Our Solutions Engineering team is a critical growth engine for monday.com, bridging the gap between our native platform capabilities and the unique, complex needs of our strategic customers. We operate at the intersection of engineering, product thinking, and deep customer collaboration. Our mission is to showcase the "art of the possible" by building custom solutions that leverage monday.com's API and App Development framework to create tailored workflow automations, UI views, and integrations that go beyond standard offerings.
As a Full Stack Developer on our Solutions Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in unblocking strategic deals, renewals, and expansions. This is a customer-facing position where you will partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives to navigate the four pillars of engagement: Discovery, Design/Proposal, Development, and Presentation.
In this role, you will lead deep technical and business discovery sessions to translate customer pain points into high-impact technical designs. You will build and deploy production-grade custom solutions using our app framework, APIs, SDKs, and automation tools, handling everything from front-end and back-end development to integrations and DevOps considerations. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment managing project engagements typically lasting between 2-6 weeks, resolving bugs, and providing ongoing support for live solutions.
This is a hybrid position requiring presence in our NYC office three days per week.

For New York City-based hires only: The compensation range for this role is $120,000-$150,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company plans. Compensation is commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
