About the Role

Amazon is seeking Work From Home Customer Service Representatives to join our team as a Work From Home Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a vital part in the customer experience by assisting shoppers with their orders, returns, refunds, account issues, delivery questions, and general inquiries.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Amazon for our customers. You will resolve customer concerns, process returns and refunds, track packages, and update customer accounts. Your goal is to provide professional and friendly customer service while meeting performance and quality standards. You will document customer interactions and ensure that every interaction meets our high standards for quality and efficiency.

How You Will Work

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will support customers through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email, and email. This flexibility allows you to balance your work and personal life while contributing to Amazon's mission to be Earth's most customer-centric company.
