About the Role

As a Call Center/Member Service Representative in Chandler, you will be the face of our commitment to our members. This role is designed for someone who thrives on transactional efficiency while building lasting relationships. You will perform a wide range of duties to serve members in person, online, and by phone, ensuring an optimal member experience at every touchpoint.

Your day will involve greeting members with courtesy and professionalism, processing deposits and withdrawals, and handling complex transactions like loan applications and IRA management. Beyond the numbers, you will act as a trusted advisor, explaining credit union products, cross-selling services, and resolving member concerns with empathy and accuracy. You will also serve as a resource for newer staff members and may step in as a Teller or Notary Public as needed.
