About the Role

This position serves as a vital liaison between internal teams—including Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, and Logistics—and external customers. The role exists to ensure that tracking, reporting, and product delivery align seamlessly with broader business goals and operational excellence.

In this fast-paced environment, you will manage the full lifecycle of customer interactions, from processing purchase orders and providing quotes to resolving invoicing issues and guaranteeing returns. You will act as a bridge between the customer and the company, ensuring warranty standards, terms of sale, and compliance with ISO 9001 and Association of American Railroads (AAR) standards are met. The role requires a proactive approach to continuous improvement, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction while analyzing financial impacts to maximize profits.
