About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 5400 Preston Hwy location in Louisville, United States. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, greeting them warmly and handling their inquiries and orders with professionalism. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards by processing transactions accurately, preparing food items according to company specifications, and resolving any customer concerns promptly and courteously.
