In this role, you will collaborate closely with casino personnel and dealers to handle casino chips, verify game fairness and accuracy, and promptly report any suspicious activity. Your focus will be on fostering exceptional customer service by nurturing a positive and professional environment for both guests and colleagues through effective teamwork.

The Interview Process

We aim to ensure every team member is the right fit for Knighted and that you have ample information to assess if we are the right fit for you. The process includes:

• Initial Interview: 30 minutes
• Final Interview: 30–45 minutes
• Orientation: 3–4 hours
