About the Role
Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to assist members with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. This position is central to the member experience, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all shoppers. Associates are responsible for greeting members, operating cash registers, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized front-end area.
