About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our store, dedicated to assisting customers with questions and recommendations while managing sales transactions. This role is essential to maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of customer engagement and operational support. You will ensure the store remains well-stocked and presentable by handling merchandise unloading, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, including restrooms and common areas. Whether you are lifting heavy items, managing the cash register, or resolving customer inquiries, your goal is to uphold our standards of professionalism and friendliness.
