About the Role
This position is for wireless sales, where you will handle mainly inbound calls from individuals looking to purchase wireless devices and services for businesses. You will deliver world-class customer service, utilizing product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency. The role involves processing orders, updating accounts and records, effective multitasking, and maintaining strong attention to detail.
