About the Role
In this position, you will play a vital role in promoting an excellent customer experience at our Marshalls store. You will oversee the team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt and courteous service while actively promoting our loyalty programs. Leading by example, you will engage with all customers and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Your day will involve training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, coaching them on personalizing the customer experience, and assigning registers to meet coverage needs. You will address customer concerns promptly, coordinate breaks, and partner with management to ensure adherence to labor laws and store safety standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building a positive culture of honesty and integrity.
