About the Role

This position is designed to grow your career by ensuring an excellent customer experience at the front of the store. You will oversee a team of Associates, leading by example to maintain prompt, courteous service and a clean, organized environment. Your day-to-day involves engaging with all customers, promoting loyalty programs, and creating a positive internal and external experience.

You will actively train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, coaching them on how to personalize the customer experience. The role requires assigning registers, managing POS coverage, and coordinating breaks while addressing customer concerns promptly. You will partner with management to identify training needs, ensure adherence to labor laws and safety policies, and support store shrink reduction goals. By fostering a culture of honesty and integrity, you will help drive the team's success in delivering outstanding service.
