About the Role
This position is designed for individuals ready to grow their career by promoting an excellent customer experience. You will oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt and courteous service while championing our loyalty programs. Leading by example, you will engage with all customers and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Your day will involve training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, personalizing the customer experience, and coordinating register assignments and breaks. You will address customer concerns promptly, communicate effectively with management, and partner with the team to ensure adherence to labor laws and safety standards. This role is ideal for a team player who thrives in a dynamic retail setting and is eager to model outstanding customer service.
