About the Role
This position is designed to grow your career by ensuring an excellent customer experience at the front of the store. You will oversee a team of Associates, ensuring prompt and courteous service while actively promoting our loyalty programs. Leading by example, you will engage with all customers and maintain a clean, organized environment that models outstanding service.
In this role, you will create a positive internal and external customer experience by fostering a culture of honesty and integrity. You will take an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, coaching them on how to personalize the customer experience. Your day will involve assigning registers, managing POS coverage, coordinating breaks, and addressing customer concerns promptly. You will partner with management to identify training needs, ensure adherence to labor laws and store plans, and support store shrink reduction and safety goals.

Key Responsibilities
