About the Role
As a Virtual Customer Care Rep, you will manage and oversee homes under warranty within your assigned community. This role is about more than just maintenance; it is a career with purpose, built on making dreams come true. You will serve as the central point of contact for homeowners, promoting positive working relationships while coordinating and supervising the work of Lennar trade partners.
Your day will involve exercising sound judgment when interacting with homeowners and trade partners, managing daily trade partner activities according to schedules, and approving invoices upon satisfactory completion of work. You will act as an expert on the community and surrounding area, knowledgeable about HOA fees, schools, and local amenities. From conducting pre-closing meetings and demonstrations to supervising post-close visits and resolving community conditions, you will ensure the delivery of zero-defect homes while adhering to cost management and schedule requirements.
