As a Custodial Supervisor at SBM Management, you will lead the team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across assigned facilities. You will serve as the bridge between management and the custodial staff, overseeing daily operations, enforcing safety protocols, and driving operational excellence through coaching and training.
In this position, you will not only manage the assignment and supervision of custodial employees but also act as a quality assurance lead. Your day will involve conducting rigorous inspections of areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure strict adherence to sanitation standards and OSHA regulations. You will be the first point of contact for resolving operational issues, managing supply logistics, and ensuring that both internal teams and external contractors deliver on their service commitments.
