Founded in 1975 as Hospital Housekeeping Systems, HHS is a private, family-owned business dedicated to caring for its team members and providing honest, quality-driven customer service. Today, we provide housekeeping, food, and facility management services to nearly 1,000 customers across six industries. We are growing rapidly and seeking motivated leaders to join us for the next stage of our journey.
We don't hire assistant directors; we hire future directors. This role is designed for individuals ready to lead and manage team member training, development, assignments, and schedules while fostering a team environment built on morale, passion, quality, and respect. You will perform daily inspections, coach team members, and recruit talent that reflects our values to create a positive work environment that supports retention.
Success in this position requires a service-oriented mentality and the ability to collaborate with department, facility, and company leadership to achieve goals. You will analyze data to make adjustments that meet facility, budget, and compliance objectives. While there is a lot to learn, if you are willing to put in the work, you will succeed. Assistant directors are typically promoted within two years, reflecting our commitment to supporting and encouraging growth from within.
We believe that we have countless future leaders in our organization waiting for their next opportunity. If you are a self-motivated team player with the ability to make sound decisions and maintain a positive, professional demeanor, we encourage you to apply.
HHS is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer committed to workplace diversity and inclusion. Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Team supports a work environment where individuals of all backgrounds are heard, respected, and encouraged to grow. Veterans and candidates with military experience are especially encouraged to apply.
