As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in our Resource Pool, you will provide comprehensive anesthetic care for patients across diverse UPP facilities. This role is designed for professionals who thrive on variety and adaptability; your daily assignments will shift based on patient care needs, acuity, and staffing requirements, offering a cutting-edge environment with engaging cases. You will administer anesthesia, monitor patient reactions to sedatives and agents, and collaborate closely with the supervising physician to ensure patient safety.
