Position Overview

McDonald’s is currently seeking Crew Team Members to join our team and assist with daily restaurant operations. This role is essential for maintaining efficient service across the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen areas, adapting to shift needs as required. The ideal candidate will provide fast, friendly customer service while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Crew Members are responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the restaurant running smoothly, including:

  • Customer Service: Taking customer orders, handling payments, and providing a welcoming experience.
  • Food Preparation: Preparing food items according to company standards, assembling orders, and operating kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers.
  • Operations: Working the drive-thru, operating the register, and restocking supplies and inventory.
  • Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, cleaning tables and work areas, and adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
