About the Role
As a Moe's Crew Member, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn. You will interact with guests in a pleasant and up-beat fashion, ensuring they feel welcomed with a genuine "Welcome to Moe's" greeting.
The position offers plenty of room for career advancement, with a clear path from Crew Member to Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, General Manager, and even Operating Partner. You will participate in a tip pool and work in a supportive environment that values honesty, initiative, and a neat, clean appearance.
Working Conditions
This role requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and twisting. You will be lifting items and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive hand and wrist motions. The position involves working with hot, cold, and hazardous restaurant equipment.
