About the Role
As a Moe's Crew Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing excellent customer service to every guest. You will interact with guests in a pleasant and upbeat fashion, ensuring they feel welcome with enthusiasm and positive energy. Your day will involve creating a friendly atmosphere while maintaining a harmonious working environment that maximizes morale and efficiency.
This position is ideal for someone who is self-disciplined, outgoing, and eager to learn. You will be expected to multitask effectively while upholding our standards for a neat, clean appearance and honest, reliable work. The role requires physical stamina, including prolonged standing, bending, and lifting items up to 50 pounds, as well as working with various restaurant equipment.

Compensation & Schedule
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $13–$17 per hour, plus the opportunity to participate in a tip pool. Our schedule is designed to be guest-friendly, with no late-night shifts required.
