The Crew Member serves as the face of the restaurant, dedicated to providing exceptional guest service while working closely with Restaurant Managers and fellow team members to uphold operational standards. Operating under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Supervisors, this position is vital to the daily rhythm of the restaurant, featuring direct interactions with guests and the field operations team.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where every shift brings new challenges and opportunities to learn. Your day will involve greeting guests with a smile, processing orders, and preparing food and drink products to the highest quality. Beyond the front counter, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire restaurant, including the dining room, restrooms, and exterior, while adhering to strict health and safety standards. This role offers the flexibility to work multiple stations, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of all areas of restaurant operations.
