We are seeking experienced Crew Leaders to join our Maintenance division, where you will serve as a working team member overseeing all aspects of a crew from start to completion. You will be the driving force behind our commitment to excellence in commercial landscaping, ensuring that every job site is managed with precision and care.
In this role, you will coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees to deliver high-profile landscape results. Your day will involve operating landscaping tools and heavy equipment, safely driving crews to and from jobs, and ensuring that all team members have the necessary safety materials, training, and tools to succeed. You will play a vital part in maintaining our industry-leading safety programs, ensuring the safety of both your crew and the public while in contact with worksites.
