About the Role
As a Crew Leader, you will be a working team member who oversees all aspects of a crew from start to completion. You will supervise all install activities, ensuring that every crew member has the required safety materials, training, and tools to complete the job safely. Your day involves coordinating with branch management and customers, operating heavy equipment, and safely driving crews to and from jobsites while adhering to our strict safety policies to protect the public.

Hiring Process
Candidates with experience in masonry, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls are highly desired. To join our team, you must have legal authorization to work in the United States, reliable transportation to the branch or first job site, and a safe driving record capable of passing a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Strong English communication skills are required, with Spanish being a plus.
