This position serves as a vital link in our financial operations, responsible for accounts receivable and trade management functions. You will maintain accurate customer records, manage month-end financial reporting, and oversee performance tracking templates. The role involves analyzing credit card transactions to match receivables and interfacing with Corporate Credit to resolve customer credit and receivables issues and disputes.
In this capacity, you will determine the proper application of cash payments, research and administer customer credits, and monitor the status of left-over credit card authorizations to ensure timely closure. You will also analyze and track receivable aging and collections, negotiating consolidations of credits and open invoices. The role requires close collaboration with customers to resolve account issues, pending credits, and billing disputes, ensuring a high standard of service and accuracy in all financial interactions.
